I Regret Ever Giving This Company My Money and They Made My Health Worse
Before I had access to the Internet (due to disability), I used mail order to buy from this company every single month without fail for years. They were quick to despatch and never got my order wrong so I never had any reason to test their customer service until, one month, I had been charged for two products that I hadn't ordered and were included in my parcel. This is when I got to see for myself what an unpleasant, despicable man I had been giving my money to for years! Straight away he argued against my returning the two products that I hadn't even ordered. Due to being mute, I had to have a relative speak with him on my behalf over the phone. At last he agreed to the return and gave us the address to return the items to which we promptly did.
I then waited for my refund but none came. We had to chase him up, where he claimed that he hadn't received the parcel back so he wouldn't issue the refund. We had proof of post and delivery and he came back with the excuse that a member of staff must have received the return and hidden the items in the warehouse!
It was a truly shocking and awful way to treat someone who had been a longterm, loyal customer and I vowed there and then that I would never give this man/company my business ever again. After being treated so appallingly, my only consolation was the thought that at least he would see a drop in his takings from there on out.
In the end it did me a favour as, being forced to look elsewhere to source products, I realised that I had been paying well over the odds for products that I could find much cheaper elsewhere for the same quality. The products at Regenerative Nutrition are grossly over-priced, and often for smaller quantities in comparison with others.
Conveniently for them, all websites such as this one have the disclaimer: "The information provided in our articles is for information purposes only. No claim for the cure of any disease is intended, or implied nor do we claim that our products will treat, cure or prevent any disease" - despite it being littered with articles and information implying the curative powers of their products and the solicitation to buy them! I followed their iodine protocol and it caused me great harm (hypothyroidism) that I am still living with and having to take medication for 12 years later!! But because of their disclaimer, there is no action that I can take against them. So a warning to anyone thinking of following their protocols, take all their recommendations with a pinch of salt - after looking to improve my health for 20 years and trying every modality under the sun, none of this stuff ever works. Companies like this complain of Big Pharma and advise a natural way to health and healing whilst themselves being Big Nutra - ready to take money from 'the incurables' and promising health improvement.
I regret that I ever heard of Regenerative Nutrition and I don't recommend them.
