My agent Amir has been incredibly helpful. He’s patient, responsible, and truly dedicated—he managed to solve an issue that had been unresolved for quite a long time. I’m really grateful for his support.

Terribles services

Terribles services. 0 communication between team members, no efficient database, their manager Crystal unable to answer a simple question clearly without antagonizing her client in the same breath (ofc without answering the question). Massive scam, they will essentially hold you hostage until you have no money left which they can steal from you. They take advantage of tenants in vulnerable situations. Not to mention they never resolved any maintenance issues I had.

Amir has been incredible!

Amir has been incredible. Usually it take me up to a month to get anything sorted with the property, but Amir made in happen within a week. I will always go to Amir for anything going forward. He’s efficient, in high spirits and has excellent communication. I know everything is in had and he relieves further stress of chasing and admin. So impressed! Thank you Amir

Horrible experience, best to avoid

Horrible experience with trying to get my deposit back. They would ignore all my emails and never reply when discussing the deposit return.
I had to file a Statutory Declaration with DPS to force them to return my deposit.

They still tried to claim parts of my deposit with unreasonable explanation (including due bills on my own name)

I also had problems before the tenancy, where they promised me the flat for a date they couldn't deliver. I was lucky I was able to extend my previous tenancy.

During the tenancy they would also take ages to reply emails, including when leaks were being reported.

Fixed spotlight replacement

I dealt with with a property manager called Amir. He was incredibly helpful and very responsive. He took the time to understand my issue and why I could not fix it myself. He really gave me confidence that the problem was going to get sorted! The spotlights were sorted within a week!
More property managers like Amir please!

Turning a new leaf ..

Before Amir my experience with Regents Property Management was not great… however since Amir took over he was responsive, polite and dedicated to helping me with my concerns. I am sure that my issue would not have been fixed without his dedication - thank you! I hope this attitude and experience continues and that Amir’s professionalism can inspire his colleagues to step up their game

Excellent experience

Our property manager Amir, has consistently provided excellent support and is always quick to respond to our inquiries. We have truly enjoyed working with Regent.

Helpful and Responsive Agent

We moved into a property early this year and didn’t do a viewing.
There was some mould caused by previous tenants who had just moved out the day before move in.
Regent property were helpful in investigating this and sorting out the remediation work.
Due to our last property manager leaving there was some delay.
With the help of my new property manager Amir it was sorted out.
The mould was professionally removed and walls repainted nicely.

Recent repair of appliance

Had an issue with my washing machine recently causing a circuit breaker to trip and removing power for all of the other kitchen appliances. As this was a little beyond my skill level, I reached out to Amir Ibrahim at Regent Property and within 2 days he'd arranged a visit from a repair person to diagnose the problem and then 2 days later had another one come out for some specialist help (turns out it's a faulty dryer water heater and a new part is currently on order).

I could not be happier with the level and quality of work provided by Amir and the other repair guys but most importantly, I am impressed with Amir's dedication to staying in touch with me and providing updates from his end. It has made me feel very looked after and aware of the progression of this repair.

I could not be more impressed with Amir. 5 stars.
