I have been using Regimen for almost a month now and I am so amazed at how easy it is now to take my daily supplements. I am subscribed to the women’s pack, and all of my 7 supplements are included in a daily pack, ready for me to take with my coffee each morning. I have also found it really useful to grab a pack if I am rushing for the train in the morning - meaning I don’t miss taking them. It used to be hit or miss whether I took my supplements each day but with Regimen it’s so much more convenient to be consistent
