Don’t believe the website claims

This is an online company that advertises selling you skincare, hair care etc in the media-spa non- prescription vitamins / supplements space. Their model is very deceitful. It claims to be a seamless process to use your flex spending account on these type of items. It allows you to enter the information from your flex spending card, but unfortunately, they failed to inform me that they only give you the material needed for reimbursement. They charged my actual checking account and 7-8 emails later I realize I have to submit a claim to my flex spending account carrier. (They ask for your personal checking account or debit card information in case “you don’t have enough money in your flex spending account”)
Their prices are NOT competitive either.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that the payment and reimbursement process wasn't clearer during your purchase. That is not the experience we want customers to have.

RegimenPro works with a third-party service that helps customers purchase eligible products using HSA/FSA funds. Depending on your benefit plan and card administrator, some purchases may require you to pay with another payment method and then submit documentation for reimbursement. We’ve worked to make that process as easy as possible within the requirements of each HSA/FSA plan, including providing the supporting documentation needed for reimbursement.

We understand from your experience that this distinction was not clear enough before you completed your purchase, and we are reviewing how the process is explained so customers better understand what to expect before placing an order.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding pricing. RegimenPro is an authorized retailer of the professional skincare brands we carry, and our pricing is set in accordance with the requirements of those brands.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention.
