The bus driver in Prague didn't let us take the bus saying he can deny us entry without a baby in the car seat. The bus ticket only mentions that it's recommended to have a car seat, not that it's u... See more

The heating on the Prague–Przemyśl…
The heating on the Prague–Przemyśl night train is turned off every single night. This is not an accident — it happens on every trip. Passengers freeze for hours while the heating works only at the start and the end of the route.
On my last trip, both toilets in the carriage were out of service all night, and I was told to “use toilets in other carriages.” This is unacceptable for an international night train.
The staff act surprised every time, but this is a well-known problem that RegioJet never fixes. Ukrainians have very few travel options now, and adding unnecessary discomfort is simply disrespectful. Please take real action instead of giving excuses.
UPDATE after RegioJet’s reply
RegioJet responded to my complaint by stating that there was “no malfunction” and that the heating was simply not switched on in my carriage. This statement is incorrect.
The heating was working when I boarded the train in Prague. During the night, it stopped on its own. In the morning, before arrival, it was working again. This exact situation has occurred more than once on this route, including in February 2025, so this is clearly a recurring issue, not a passenger mistake.
Instead of properly investigating the repeated night-time loss of heating, RegioJet relies solely on crew records and dismisses passenger experience. I was also told that both toilets in my carriage being out of service was acceptable because toilets were available in another wagon.
This response shows how complaints are handled: known problems are denied and responsibility is avoided. This is not an acceptable standard for an international night train, especially in winter.
ZERO star if I could
ZERO star if I could, terrible service on a journey from Budapest to Vienna, waited for over 2 hours for my food order, plus trains platform been announced only 5 minutes before we departure.
NOT AGAIN
„Nihil gratuitum est“
Cheap. That’s the only positive.
Next time I will be highly motivated to pay €5-10€ more to take ÖBB or MAV.
App doesn’t recognise my ticket, can’t order food etc.
Stuff which speaks mainly Czechoslovakian only, no German, bad basic English is simply ignore and arrogant.
Very cheap, service, stuff etc.. on top train is late..
Train is full, but no any stuff shows up.
In summary „Nihil gratuitum est“.
Bad recent experience
I had good experience before, but recently WCs don't work or have no soap at all. THeir WiFi does not work so couldn't even order food (for some strange reason my provider didn't work either on the train - it was fine after I got off).
They need to fix these!
Worst business class experience ever
We bought business tickets. We (two of us) were assigned a cabin with two other passengers. The cabin itself was more claustrophobic than anything. There was not enough leg room, the seats were not comfortable. It felt like this cabin was last updated 20 years ago - it was definitely stuck in the past. The seats that were much cheaper were far better and some were even equipped with screens. Would not recommend this to anyone.
First and last time
I bought a first class ticket but they cancelled the train midway. No English announcement was made that the train was cancelled and they took no account of the passengers from the train moving from the train to the coach replacement - moreover, it seems like the coach was ancitipated so I doubt that Brno was on lockdown as fhe train agent claimed. It just seems to be that they needed the equipment for another service.
Might be the worst company
Might be the worst company. Try to be ryanair of train and bus but fail miserably. They employ incompetent youth and arrogant, their food is disgusting, they keep switching prices on you from online to desk,no matter the country and they don't reimburse miss connections. Zero star
I was never so mistreated in my life

⭐ 1 star review – RegioJet
I had a truly terrible experience with RegioJet.
On August 31, 2025, I travelled with my children from Bratislava to Prague (train departing at 16:26, arriving at 20:39, ticket no. 4224755572).
During the trip, I ordered dinner twice through the RegioJet app and paid both times with Apple Pay (204 CZK each).
Both orders were automatically cancelled by RegioJet’s system without any notification — I found out only by checking the app after waiting more than an hour. As a result, my children and I were left without dinner on the train.
Even worse, RegioJet never refunded the money to my card. Instead, they credited the amounts to my RegioJet account, forcing me to keep the money there even though I rarely use their services (once a year). I contacted customer service immediately — no reply at all after more than 30 days.
This is absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to provide “premium” service. Poor communication, no transparency, no respect for the customer.
I will never travel with RegioJet again.
Update (October 2025): After posting my review, RegioJet finally contacted me and processed the refund through Apple Pay. I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, although it took more than a month and a public review to get a response.
Google show it as an option to get to…
Google show it as an option to get to the airport… Avoid avoid avoid!! Not reliable, extremely rude driver. And it is ment to go from one city to another
Ticket
On Sunday, I bought a ticket for a trip to Bratislava on Monday. However, my plans changed and I wanted to return the ticket. Unfortunately, when I called the number provided on the website, no one answered, and no one responded to my email. I bought the ticket through the Omio platform. Unfortunately, the situation is exactly the same on the carrier's website. Each company refers to the other, so it turns out that I have simp
Rude driver refused boarding against their own policy for baby car seats
They refused to let my 4 year old kid to board claiming she needs a car seat when their policy states that you need one for a kid up to 3 years old.
Plus, when I booked online, there was no notification.
Plus they let other families to board with kids at same age.
Plus, they never responded at any email I sent. Funny enough, their CEO likes to hear, they have a special link. I know already where it ends up (at the garbage bin).
Plus, FlixBus never bothered cause they checked our passports and saw the age of our kid.
Plus, the bus was late 20minutes (25/08 Vienna-Brno, 13:40).
Plus, the driver was extremely rude.
Guess who lost the bus and paid out of their pocket to carry on to our final destination (family of 4).
Dont bother, simply go with Flixbus.
Very good service
After taking several trips with RegioJet, I can say they're often quite chaotic in organization of the trains (trains and seats getting chagend shortly prior to the journey seem to be the norm). But what they lack in this part, they absolutely make up in service. The staff on the trains and the counters is very helpful and polite. I have visited their lounges in Vienna, Brno, and Prague and it's such a nice amenity to have. I especially enjoyed it recently when travelling from Brno in the middle of a heatwave and unlike the railway station, the lounge had AC.
The seats were comfortable
The seats were comfortable, there was no delay, everything was organised beautifully and the service was excellent in my first trip with regiojet. But when we booked another trip with them it wasn’t all the same. The train was a bit dirty, there were no ACs in the train and the service was horrible!
Worst experience ever. Rude staff.
Worst experience ever. Travelled from Budapest to Prague in 37 degree heat on a train with no proper AC. Couldn’t find our seats because of the terrible numbering system. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We ended up sat on the floor of the train with no seat allocation. Would give this company minus stars if possible.
Worst train journey ever!!!
I have been shocked and appalled by my journey with regiojet. The service has been unacceptable. We received a message at 7pm the night before our departure that the AC on our train was broken. As a 7 hour journey in the middle of a heat wave, with temperature reaching 37 degrees, this is utterly unacceptable. We call up regio support thinking we can move to a later train with AC to speak to the most unhelpful employee. She tells us the journey might be a bit uncomfortable and we won’t be able to sit together anymore. This is appalling. We agree to move our train and get the later service with AC to find that there is actually no AC on this train, no clear carriage numbers and we can’t find our seats. When asking for help we were ignored and dismissed. We ended up sitting on a boiling hot floor for 7 hours. As two 21 year old girls who just wanted help and to be dismissed and ignored by all members of staff is disgusting and shameful. Very disappointed in the whole company and will be making a formal complaint to both the train operator and company.
Once upon a time... it was excellent
“Once upon a time, it was the high level of travelling in the Czech Republic. I don’t know what happened.”
Total chaos on this train
Total chaos on this train, no ventilation, no ac working in 35 degrees temperature,
The online payment system never works ,
The waitress Olivia has been one of the rudest people ever in hospitality.
The answers to our questions of why the ac is not working were the dumbest, rude and illogical answers ever,
No empathy or emotion towards customers
I wish I could give minus star to this…
I wish I could give minus star to this shit train from Budapest to Vienna. No AC!! 30min after departure, I received an email that AC is out of order! You can cancel or change your tickect!!!!! Cold water is for sale what I had as free of charge water was boiling water!! No soap in the restroom 🤢 of course it is cheap travel option, but I never waste my time by traveling with this company
