Wie immer eine Firma die Proaktiv Kunden sucht um Probleme im Internet anzugehen. Dies ist soweit in Ordnung, auch wenn es auf Dauer bei 5-10 anrufen am Tag nervt. Jedoch war die Person hier weder freundlich noch fachkundig, als Ich Ihr sagte das wir erst vor 2 Tagen jemand da hatten der sich darum kümmern wollte wurde Sie Patzig und legte einfach auf.
Ich verstehe das euer Job schwer ist aber ein ordentlicher Umgang, vor allem wenn man ungefragt anruft, ist schlicht erforderlich. Sie brauchen bei uns nicht nochmal anzurufen :(
