Waiting on a refund with my partner and never get any luck with the system they use . Email ya saying my iban number is incorrect. But it was same iban you took the money from. Agreed they owe me money but they just blank me now. Id advice anybody thinking of getting this very poor customer service based company need a good lesson in lean and learn that the customer is the forefront of thier business. STAY CLEAR

If I could put no stars I would.
Year waiting on a refund. They never told me they overcharged I found that out myself and a year hounding them and they agree they owe me just won't pay it back.

Speed good - when it works. No out of hours support so if it goes down in the evenings or weekends you’re stuck. Most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with.

Firsts class service.
I was looking to get broadband in to my new home. I contacted regional broadband and from that first conversation to the installation of my broadband I’ve nothing but the highest praise for this company. A very fast response, clear communication and a very pleasant technician, all was 5 star! And I’ve never had such high speed internet. Highly recommend this local company!
