Very bizarre cold call from them
Very bizarre cold call from them. They clearly want to give the impression that they are government or some other official authority and only admitted that they were a private company when I challenged them.
When they start off by saying "Don't worry we won't try and sell you anything" it sets off alarm bells. When I asked them how they were funded then, they couldn't answer.
I've asked Companies House to look into the trend of companies setting up with deceiving names.
Even if they think it's ok to call themselves "Regional Growth Authority", it doesn't do them any favours at all when you find out that they are not an Authority.
