Not posted on the day it was ordered,I had to email twice to get tracking information which I was told was DPD but tracking given took me to DHL site but was delivered by DPD in the end,I was told if I had given my mobile number at time of ordering I would of had an email off courier which I didn't get but I did enter my mobile number at time of order.Also as a first time customer i understand that I was entitled to a discount on my first purchase which I didn't get.I used an independent shop like Regton as I believe in supporting local shops....next time I will be using eBay !!.

Pinpointer arrived quickly and put to good use. Works a treat when linked to my Remote Control, so I get clear sound from the Pinpointer in my headphones while the sound from the coil is temporarily stopped - BRILLIANT!

Purchased two items recently i.e. ( Garret digging knife and Garret Pro Pointer 'll ) both excellent tools, speedy delivery and 5 star service all the way. Have now opened a account to make ordering easier and quicker. Excellent company to deal with and highly recommended.

A perfect company to deal with. I visited the shop and purchased a Garrett 400i. They took the trouble - without being asked, to demonstrate it as I am a newbie. I was so pleased with the reception my wife and I got and the perfect service that when I got home ,I sent for two more items a Garrett Pro pointer and a sand bucket. Both arrived perfectly packed and I can only add that if you need advice before buying --ask them - you will get honest advice and no pushy salesmen they certainly have their act together.
This firm is the best find so far!

Straightforward, honest and friendly.

Ordered late evening. Order acknowledged early next day. Delivered, well packed and as described, early the following day. What more can you ask for in customer service?

If I were to be picky, there is no option for depot collection/delivery to collection point, so you need to be home to accept delivery. However, I understand the need to prevent theft/fraud so it is the price we all have to pay for the dishonesty of a few.
