No way to chat. Only contact is email. So must write email. These are just scammers who take your info online and charge you monthly. If you go to their FAQ, there’s more info but after putting in all info and clicked unsubscribe, nothing happened. I don’t even know if my subscription is really cancelled or not 😩😡

Alert, this is a scammer who have cheated my US$1 for brought me to a non-existing link for my ebook download. Their reply to me said that is a trial period money and cannot refund.
It is a horrible experience that we must boycott this website. US$1 is still money and can you imagine they can cheat everyone in the Internet for US$1 can also get a huge sum of money.
Thus, please spread this horrible website to the cyber police and ban them of doing this trick.

This company is a scam, it stole me 50 euros for a service that i never ask, i send mails for refound but it never reply ! I write this for no more robery

Scam! Scam!
i was looking at a completely different article and there was a subscription to view the article for my studies. i thought it was a portal to study and subscribed and gave my card details. there was no mention of this website when i was entering my card details. and they took 1 euro from my account. its a scam luring into their page through other sites without showing their site name.

Definately a scam. Lured in for 1 dollar and then charge Me 49.99 USD
The 1USD charge was to get card details. I tried to contact them .However they promptly refunded the 49.99 todayafter my complain but kept the initial USD1.

Update, I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund within 7 days of "signing up" and I got refunded approximately 90% of my "subscription fee". But must be done within 7 days. Also paid 1 dollar or euro to watch a live screening and they were supposed to email log in details to watch the show, we never received anything. I wrote that off but two days later they deducted R977.80 ZAR off my account. I immediately reported it to the bank as a fraudulent transaction and hopefully as it is a pending transaction i will get my money back. I unfortunately need to wait 5 to 7 working days to find out.

I opened my bank and i was shocked my $82 is gone and being stolen by the regularbuilder. I DID NOT SIGNED UP FOR THIS!!! I’m so mad right now that’s my only money i have in my account and they get it all. I tried to call this website number but they’re not answering. I’ll report this to the bank and will get this scam company block. Don’t let them steal your money once again. How can this type of company tolerate this type of behaviour. This should get reported so much people being on their feet and working so hard for these money and they got took it like that? Unbelievable.

Fortunately my bank stopped the transaction in time. Even after i blocked and cancel the card they still try to stil money.

Also was falling to their scam. I can't believe!! I'm so angry of myself for not thinking it through. Was reffered to it from twitter .

tHIS IS A TOTAL SCAM I CANNOT UNDERTAND HOW THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT,

If you get tricked in to their subscription Just ask politely in an email to cancel the subscription and refund the money they do it , I did it . If you just cuss as them in the email they probably won’t reply .

This company have been taking money from my account and I have never signed up, never watched a video. The company refuse to refund me. I informed my bank, they cancelled my online details and gave me new and they still took money this month again. What can I do

I tried to watch a movie on a website on December 26th. I had to pay 1 EUR when I created my account, then it transferred me to the RegularBuilder website.
Now 2 days later, I got an SMS from my bank account saying the website tried to charge me 49,99 EUR for a subscription I never wanted.

After I got the SMS, I tried to log into my RegularBuilder account to cancel my subscription, but it won't let me. Instead whenever I press the Login button, I get a text saying "Your Subscription Canceled". Now I don't know if it really is cancelled or not, but I definitely can't reach my account. Maybe the scammers thought "hey, this person doesn't have any money on their account, delete them out of the system". I have no idea, but I'm hopeful.

Thank God there wasn't any money left on my credit card, so they couldn't take anything from me.
