I love Regus

I love Regus, especially the staff at the facility. Chris is helpful, always smiling and extremely helpful. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is corporate is not always honest. I signed a three year lease to keep my rent the same. In the tinest of print is a clause about annexing. Which allows them to amend the lease price yearly. Needless to say my rent has gone up for two consequent years . No purpose to signing a three year lease.

Regus staff is helpful

Regus staff is helpful. I'd particularly stress the front desk team for being there and trying to help all matters come across when you use a hosted office.

Good for the most part

Good for the most part. Not liking the “pay per” Conference Room piece (with a permanent office in a lease) because I have had permanent office in a collaborative space before and conference room was included if it was available. Other than that - it’s been a good experience.

STAY AWAY!

Customer service is non-existent, there are numerous hidden fees (even after the contract ends), and contracts come with no break clause. The auto-renewal process is an absolute nightmare, and they do everything possible to avoid returning your deposit. Resolving even the simplest issues takes months of persistent emailing, complaining, and raising tickets on their portal. Regus and its management team lack basic integrity, and their practices suggest a business more concerned with extracting value than delivering it. Dealing with them has been more stressful than actually running my business from their office space. I would not recommend them to anyone whatsoever.

A signed agreement is a formal business commitment that should be ended at the agreed end date and cannot be cancelled mid-term. Please be advised that we only bill our customers according to their signed agreement.
Upon your agreement ended, you should log into your online account (myregus.com), select Account > Billing and payments > Deposit / Retainer balances, where a specific section for refund request is available. We will then confirm your payment date and amount.
Your refund will be processed 30 days after your agreement end date or request date (whichever is later). It’s an automated process. However, we ask you to go through some security steps as part of our fraud-prevention policy. We apologise if this takes longer than that as we may have received incorrect data.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Regus due to misleading information during the sales process.
I clearly communicated that I needed a unique business address for my telehealth practice. Based on what was explained to me, I proceeded to sign up. However, after signing, I was informed that a unique suite or unit number required additional fees, and that mail handling fees were also separate—none of which were clearly disclosed upfront.
I requested cancellation within 24 hours and prior to the contract start date, yet I was told my agreement had been in effect for over three months, which is simply not true. My initial contact with Regus was on March 24, 2026, and I have been trying to resolve this since then.
Additionally, I received multiple inconsistent quotes for the same service when seeking clarification, which added to the confusion and lack of transparency.
At this point, I am still trying to get this resolved and would strongly caution others to get all terms in writing before signing. I hope Regus will review this situation and do the right thing by cancelling the agreement and issuing a refund.
