Bester Service vorstellbar

Ich habe heute ein Kontaktformular der Firma Reich ausgefüllt, um ein Problem mit meinem Easy Driver Mover zu beschreiben. 1h später bekam ich einen Anruf von einem Experten der Firma. Nach 10min darüber reden fand er den Fehler und hat mir sofort per DHL die Ersatzteile zuschicken lassen. (in meinem Fall fehlende Abdeckungen der Notentriegelung) Wahnsinn... so ein kompetentes und schnelles Reagieren habe ich noch nie erlebt! Ein Hoch auf Made in Germany!!! In Zukunft werde ich definitiv alles was mir noch fehlt bei dieser Firma kaufen!

Reich Easydriver - Mover-Service hervorragend

Reich stellt Wohnwagenzubehör her. Mich interessiert der Bereich Mover - das sind Antriebe für das Rangieren eines Wohnwagens.
Ich habe seit 10 Jahren ein älteres Model eines solchen Movers in meinen Wohnwagen verbaut. In diesem Jahr ist mir ein Teil am Antrieb gebrochen. In Italien! Der Service war so gut, dass wir telefonisch das richtige Teil finden konnten. Auch bei der Logistik war Reich vorbildlich. Das das Ersatzteil zum erschwinglichen Preis verfügbar war, versteht sich.
Der gesamte Vorgang war so vorbildlich, dass ich diese Bewertung hier einstellen möchte.
Und das aktuelle Modell des Movers habe ich auch gekauft.
