Personal contact is so important
When all connections had been lost to the Reichmann; Safari unable to locate them, phone lines and email' both out of contact; ourselves being new to trading, we became easily concerned. However, this with was due to server issues. I was relieved to receive the Account Manager's call for our appointment, on time today. And my trading platform is up, running and making a profit - all in a day's work. Due maintenance kept everything under control. Relieved to find a trustworthy company at last!
