My 3rd time buying from here and again…
My 3rd time buying from here and again delivery issues. Ordered 4 tires and 2 were dilevered earlier and for the other 2 I waited more than 1 week until I received them. Contacted customer service and they only told me to wait. No answer how much should ai wait, no info, nothing. Not appologies that the delivery is taking longer that supposed. I am really dissapointed considering the same happend for my first order from them.

Our products are dispatched from several warehouses. It can therefore happen that a single order contains several parcels.
We deliver our products in 24-72h (3 working days) on average.
For logistical reasons though we cannot define a specific date or time for the delivery.

You need a new delivery company
Great price - fast delivery, which should be 5-Stars. But the delivery company just left the tire at our gate (while 3 people were at home). And as your website says - we MUST check the tire before we accept shipment. Can't do that when they are gone. Thankfully - the shipment was the correct tire.
