ery disappointed i bought 2 rings for my granddaughter one a healing ring and another opal her birthstone they were supposed to be 925 sterlin silver her little fingers turn black sterling silver aint supposed to turn black i think your company should tell the buyers that is not stearling silver and now im going to have to buy another gift not nice im gonna report it is custom jewelry is fake dont buy unless u like fake silver

Straight up Junk!! Not like cheap junk. Serious quarter machine junk. They are based in Israel so it costs 60 + dollars to return this trash. Super scam, if you like your money and its worth, do not give it away for this trash. 0 stars

Very very bad!!!! I spent over $100 on Christmas gift for my daughter from this company. I never received any acknowledgement emails from them other than an order number that doesn't lead to anything when I try to search for my order. They have not responded to my inquiry regarding an update on when it might arrive. They ignore everything when you're inquiring about your item or trying to find out why it has not been shipped or delivered. But, they did take my money and continue to send me ads in my email. Worst company ever. Total scam. I'm telling everyone about this company so please do not purchase anything from them and spread the word!!

I ordered a necklace 2 years ago which I paid for and it never arrived. Since then Ive been trying to speak to them this and they keep blocking me. I find different ways to contact them and they block me! I am never rude but these people are scammers and take peoples hard earned money. I started a chat with them again today and guess what, as soon as I asked for my money they blocked me again!Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs.

CHEAP dollar store junk!! Third time I’ve ordered from a company advertising products on Facebook that were garbage. US address, no return policy, and returned items are to be sent to a foreign country (ie Vietnam, etc.). NEVER AGAIN!!

My jewelry looked like the picture, but was not amethyst and real silver as advertised. Tried all given methods to contact customer service to no avail. I believe I was scammed.

I liked this store at first, but 2 days ago I received the ring I had been waiting on for weeks.. the purple one with the hearts, but I ordered it in white, they sent me green! Not only was it ugly and not what I ordered at all, it looked like some cheap ass wish ring. Not that I expect much, I paid $28 but I expect the ring I ordered, they don't answer my emails, messages or anything but don't mind leaving me ads in my box. I do NOT recommend this store. And PS, don't say I'm not a customer in my review like u do everyone who.leaves a bad review. Instead take that energy and handle your business!!!

I have contacted customer service several times about my order. The package was lost and nothing is being done about it. I cannot file a claim because I did not ship it. Customer service will so nothing to help me.

I ordered two necklaces, when I received them they were different to the colour I ordered and also the bale was different, they would not exchange or give a refund, seriously, these things looked like they came out of a 20c machine! cheap looking!

I am only rating their customer service so far, I have asked for a tracking number and tho I was given one it does not work! I have since tried to get them to give me some kind of answer and have gotten nothing. Not very happy. They have taken my money and now ignoring me.

Horrible experience the pendant I ordered didn't look anything like the picture had a light on the gem supposedly never glowed. I asked to return it, Told me to send it to ISRAEL!!!!!, when the website says Delaware!!!! This isn't even the value of a fraction of the shipping to Israel !!!! Before I purchased I made sure it was in the United States. They are Horrible... Non-responsive scam...BUYER BEWARE. I hope I get a response on a correct return address. I have had mine for one month. First thing I noticed was that it was advertised at 925 Sterling Silver but it is not. One in my set has already began to turn brass looking in a couple of spots. Second issue, I just looked down and a stone has already fallen out!! Don’t waste your money! I wear mine to an office job so they are well taken care of and not abused.

I am beyond irritated with this company I will never order from them again and I will make sure none of my family or friends do either. The ring I ordered looks nothing like the one it is suppose to look like. The one I received looks like something out of a cracker jack box. The company doesn't do nothing to help with a problem they just ignore you and pretend you didnt send nothing. Horrible company

Worth the money and wating time. I ordered 2 and I'm so happy to avail 1 for free!! Amazing! I'll give 1 for my sister she is not fond of fashion jewelry but I hope she will like what I gave her. I hope it would last long and not easily get faded. It's really beautiful!! I love it! Thank you so much for the lovely accessories. I highly recommend this store.

This company stole 140.70us dollars from my account, I emailed trying to resolve, they claimed it was already shipped and I have to wait for it then mail it back at my own cost from Louisiana to Israel then once they receive it, I'll get refund, lol they stole the money in March , I mailed back day I received April 6th, I tracked it to Israel to May 3rd and they won't accept package so 7weeks later I still don't have my refund for 7pieces of jewelry I never ordered and they weren't even my size if that helps my case, these people are a joke 0stars

I bought 2 rings both the wrong size and I can't get a hold of anyone to exchange or something. At this point just give my money back. I loved It and got suckered. For the principal my brother who is a top lawyer is gonna investigate this operation. I should be able to make a simple exchange from a legit organization ..I want paid for products correct. Some healing store. Phonies

I purchased a choker which only comes in one size. It is supposed to be for a adult but it is way too small and they will not refund me and pay shipping for me to return to them. If this were my fault I would understand but not my fault and they should do the right thing.

I Just received my reiki healing ring, pendant and earrings. Ring is not even round and VERY ROUGH to wear! Earnings and pendant are missing beads, I can’t even wear ONCE! All my excitement went down the drain !
ITS TOTAL LOSS OF MONEY 😫😖
