Never order from here!

Have been waiting on an order since 5 december 2024. I received a « your order is on the way » email a couple of weeks later AFTER I contacted them to ask why it was taking so long to send it. Upon arrival I had to pay customs fees as high as the product itself. They told me they would send it back as a gift and I have been waiting ever since.
I was able to get an answer back from the multiple emails I sent but nothing ever happened. No product and no refund.
At this point I just want my refund!!

Unacceptable service and purchase

Placed order on 29th September and the items have not been dispatched or shipped. Tired contacting the company by email on several occasions and no response.
As a new customer, I will not be ordering from this company based on a facebook false advertisement.
