Ordered a trip to Prague in 2020 that happened to be just in the middle of the Corona outbreak (13. March - 15 of march).
So far, so good! Well, almost, we didn't get the tickets but after a week and the standard "did you check your spam filter (yes i checked my spam filter) we got the plane tickets and our hotel voucher.
The trip was ordered the 1. of march and we got the tickets at 08.03.2020
The next week the predictions of the possibility to travel went from "Looks clear", to the Czech Republic introducing border checks and starting to shut down non vital operations.
At the same time SAS (where our plane tickets were booked) introduced an option for absolutly everyone that had ordered tickets in a given time frame could get a re-schedule of the trip to a later point in the hope of the growing pandemic having receded.
Tuesday came and went trying to get in contact with SAS to reschedule the tickets, when i finally got through they informed me that the tickets could be rescheduled BUT i had to do this through the traveling agency.
Now, come Wednesday i got through on the phone at around 11 where a frontliner said she would help me get this resolved (the hotel was unable to re-book and that is fair enough), she was unable to do this "while i was on the line" so she said she would call back (this company has opening hours from 10 - 14). At 13:15 i tried to call again, got through at about 13:45 and another frontliner told me that the first frontliner had written down basically what she had already told me (she would look into it and get back to me). Frontliner number two said she would contact her and get frontliner number one to call me back as soon as she had fixed this for us.
Since I was unsure if i would get through between 13:15 and 14:00 i also sent a mail, inquiring how we could solve this before the actual date of the trip, as the plane was leaving 08:00 friday morning.
No response at all during the entirety of thursday.
Get an email the 15.03.2020 that they will contact the airplane company and get back to me.
(Two days after the first plane trip!)
That is 15 days ago and absolutely no information has been communicated after that email.
Re-booking these tickets should approximately take 10-15 minutes maximum, how on earth are you not able to even get back to me or have any communication going before it is obviously to late.
I rarely leave bad reviews as there is at least evidence that there are someone trying to, even half-assed, do their job. In this case though it seemed like the frontliners were there to just make it possible for you to say "we have customer support!" though you clearly don't.
Hopefully I can at least help inform some future possible customers that if anything, anything at all should happen and you need to call this sorry excuse for a help-line , you will receive absolutely no help AT all.

We (5 persons) travelled to Hawaii via Oslo and London; we were stuck in Oslo due to too short transit time, just 50 min with taking out and rechecking luggages. Customer support team tried to help us with rebooking but it’s was impossible in that moment so finally they came with the solution: money back or rent a car (they promised that I would get refund for hotel and car rental) driving to Copenhagen airport then flight to my destination. The car rental suggestion saved our vacation. We loosed one and half day but we experienced an excellent support. I won't hesitate to use Reisefeber again.
