The Deal Flow Challenge has been mind blowing. It has open my mind up to some new techniques to my Real estate investing better and much more efficient. Ty also help me see how I can leverage AI in my business and I am excited to use these techniques to help me close more deals. The Deal flow challenge also allowed me how to correctly leverage the REISIFT platform to be better with my Data management, Lead generation, Lead management and Sales management. I would definitely recommend this challenge to all real estate wholesalers and investors. Overall I think this challenge will help me take my business to the next level.

I have easily tried over 20 CRM's and none have compared to the abilities, filters, and support I have gotten with Sift. The team is always there to respond quick to questions. They do challenges and annual events that help us learn how to better use their service and give us clarity in our business. It is a bit of a learning curve at first but if you can push through the uncomfortable part about doing something new, you will absolutely see a spike in your deal flow.

Skytrace doesn't work good, I lot of numbers are wrong.

So glad I found this CRM and community. The wholesaler/investor/agent market is as saturated as ever and only the most organized and effective marketers will have success. REI Sift has everything you could possible need to manage your data, generate leads, and close deals.

Tyler and team have done an exceptional job not only developing "THE" system to use for real estate investors, but laying out an exact step by step process with how-to's along with industry best practices. While the user help features are rich with content and do a great job for resource, getting to see it live in action, with exact process and explanation is the way to go. Poor communication, confusing product plus they kept my unused prepaid balance after I left. No refund policy even though it’s my money these guys suck. Hundred percent recommend going with go high level instead. And then get your data from someone like DealMachine. I think the issue with this company starts at the top. But it’s more than that. The whole functionality is way too complicated and layered.

I've been using Sift for a few months now and cannot compare it to any other platforms that I've used thus far. This platform is full of resources to help you understand the industry, as well as getting acclimated with their product. Their customer service is top notch, they never leave you hanging. I am super excited to see what the future holds for my business using Sift!

New Experience (10/07/2025 - 3 Star)

My previous experience with REI Sift was quite frustrating, as the workflow used to take a long time to update and add items to the list. Because of that, I initially decided to stop using it.

However, I recently decided to subscribe again because the features REI Sift offers are unmatched — no other platform provides the same level of functionality. Since returning, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in performance. Tasks are now added to the activity list and completed much faster than before.

The new Shift Map is another major highlight. It’s far more intuitive and user-friendly than similar tools offered by other platforms, such as Upstream. I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience this time.

I’ll definitely continue my subscription and share future updates here as I keep using REI Sift.

Previous Experience (04/02/2025 - 1 Star)

I’ve been using REI Sift for a while now, and I’m really frustrated with how buggy and unclear the platform has become—especially when it comes to filtering and managing records. For example, the zip code search feature often doesn’t work, even when I know the record exists. It seems like there’s a specific (but confusing) way to search by zip—possibly involving a slash or special format—but it’s not straightforward at all, and the existing filters just don’t function properly.

Another big issue is with single skip tracing. It requires multiple unnecessary steps. I have to first add a record to a list, then skip trace it from there. Just adding a property to a list takes 4-5 minutes every single time. For adding, I have to go into the shift map, assign it to my account, select the list again, and then wait. The record sits in “processing” or “queuing” for a couple of minutes, and then takes another 2 minutes to finally appear in the list. This has been consistently happening for over a month.

I’ve already reported these issues to the REI Sift support team, but unfortunately, nothing has been resolved. The lack of responsiveness and efficiency is really disappointing, especially for a tool that’s supposed to streamline my workflow.

Hope this helps someone considering the platform. Right now, it’s just not reliable for me.
