Utterly disappointed ..

I had been waiting and waiting to get hold of the NYBG floral ivory blazer. Finally one became available, size 12, so I ordered swiftly. This blazer was £330 and trousers approx £190. So an expensive purchase for both items. I was utterly astounded when I went to collect the blazer, delivered to Evri drop off point. A very expensive jacket was squashed into a box no bigger than A4 and about 2 inches deep! On opening it was, as can be expected, badly creased. This would have meant paying to get it steamed. I thought about keeping it and the trousers but decided in principle that I wouldn’t keep either. The trousers from John Lewis simply came in a plastic bag and again some very bad creasing.
I’m am both disappointed and stunned that you can despatch such expensive garments in the most appalling and unsatisfactory manner. It makes the whole purchase experience of supposedly quality garments extremely disappointing.

Online site easy to navigate.
One item was delayed but communication to advise was prompt and clear. Both deliveries occurred as advised. Packaging and content were perfect and the delivery driver polite and efficient.

The pics online are not a good…

The pics online are not a good representation of the design. I haven't bought a jumpsuit from Reiss before. I am 5'5 even with heels it was very long. Ridiculously long. The cape was the same length. The buttons of how to attach it was poor. The cape was aant really shown in pics. It did nothing for the outfit. Even the neck wrap was too long.

Only bought from Reiss twice

Only bought from Reiss twice, both experiences very good. Delivery driver on time and was polite and very friendly. Will definitely look to buy from Reiss in the future.

I loved everything i was sent

I loved everything i was sent! The only but was how the clothes were on the hangers…. Which was frustrating! Hangers galore and loops tied round and round. It was a faff.

I really like Reiss products

I really like Reiss products, but I've already had two issues where jewelry I ordered wasn't delivered; they simply canceled it without even explaining the reason, even when I asked about it in an email. I hope there will be fewer such incidents in the future. However, all the items that have arrived so far are exceptionally high quality. I wear them with pleasure.
