extremely unpleasant experience.

extremely unpleasant experience.

we have confirmed telephonically the availability for an order with multiple items at end of june and received the order only partially.

we have been lied for 4 weeks that the missing piece (an isofix) would arrive 'this week' and then 'next week'... we had a roadtrip holiday planned for beginning of july, which we have kept postponing until it was finally cancelled due to lack of professionalism and lies from reiswieg...

if there were 0 stars, that would be the real rating. this business should not exist, it brings no value.

while we hoped the delivery would be fast and we could enjoy the products, actually the order was made to the original manufacturer - WHICH WE COULD'VE DONE AS WELL.

DO NOT order from here, just place your order to the original manufacturers and distributors and you will be a lot happier - at least they have a brand to defend, while reiswieg will simply laugh to your face and just don't care about you as a customer...

Hi,
First we can see you left 2 reviews on Google and now also on trustpilot. We don’t do this in the Netherlands!
Together we agreed that the 3th package could be returned after your holiday
This way we made sure that you could enjoy your holiday without any hassle. I hope you can see this as an extra effort from our side to provide you with the best experience possible.
We also agreed that when you came back you would contact me to exchange your old Isofix for a new one. In this conversation I made you aware of the fact that this process could take more time because this product is produced in China. This was the main reason we did it like this way in the first place.

When you returned from your holiday you wanted to change our initial agreement and cancel the order after you used our product during your holiday. As stated before we were happy to help you by switching the product, but you have to understand you can’t cancel the order after you’ve been using the product throughout your holiday
