They will give homework, then after you give it to them. They will say that the hiring process is on hold. The company is looking for the applicant to get free applications, then they will waive you afterward. So please don't waste your time with this kind of company.

I oversee a larger, complex international project with Reiz Tech, as well as a series of smaller, US-dedicated projects with a separate team. On the former, I simply could not manage working with anyone else, nor getting nearly as much done - on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Our PMO is exceptional and has become more than a colleague, but a good friend. She has my complete and absolute trust, and I admire both the quality of the output as well as the people-first culture at RT. The smaller, US dedicated projects are newer, and we are finding our footing there as well. I am pleased with the throughput, and especially pleased that we are breaking ground where the relationship is becoming more collaborative, rather than order / receive.

Reiz Tech is a professional company providing excellent software services. We have been using them for five years now. They are solution oriented and always find ways to accommodate our wishes and to help us create efficient software development teams. Reiz are flexible and fair, and they helped us a lot during difficult Covid times. Highly recommended.

Overall, we happy with their assistance. I think they have a good grasp of the system now. Based on my observation, they do connect with end users over teams which is helpful to get more details before it is in Tier 2’s queue. They are keeping the tickets in good shape, changing priority as needed. They are also tagging tickets with correct category and subcategory most of the time. What is most useful for Tier 2 is to have all related details when they are handing over the ticket to Tier 2. Invoice number, PO number, Project ID, Vendor ID and this type of information that are related to the issue is oftentimes very helpful and timesaving for us to initiate the investigation on the issue. If there is anything else communicated other than what we have in the ticket, I encourage them to provide as much details as possible, so we don’t need to ask for same details. Previously, newer members of the Tier 1 were inclined to pass the issues over to Tier 2 with lesser information comparing to old member of teams but with the experience they gained, they have also started to provide more details. Some advice would be for them to follow the ticket when they are interested so they can improve themselves in providing support to end users next time a similar issue is arisen. That will also help them understand what to look for next time.
In terms of providing details, I would like to mention that Audrius is very comprehensive in providing details so I would like to take this chance and praise him.
