I sent them a DM around 8:30 PM and even though it was probably past their business hours it was answered in less than 15 minutes. Impressive customer support!

The sleep spray of Rejuvia really works!! My family cannot live without it. Going on a trip and realized we were low, contacted in the middle of the night and they responded to make sure product got here before we left. Customer service like on other. Couldn’t recommend product and company enough! 10/5 score! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

I had an issue with the order being sent to an old address. Rejuvia was so helpful in getting this resolved. Their responses were prompt, really an amazing customer support team. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and their product.

Not only is their product working for me, so does their customer service team. I inadvertently signed up for a recurring order, and I contacted them after I saw my error and they corrected it immediately. The products are very user friendly and work as advertised.

It works for me. I use about six sprays. My friend tried it and it helped her. I even Allow my teenage daughter to us it sometimes. I liked it enough to order twice now.

Rejuvia customer service is exceptional. I do a fair amount of online ordering across different types of products and never have I experienced as quick of a customer service response as I did with Rejuvia! I do believe it was less than an hour from time I sent the e-mail to receiving a response. I was very impressed. I love the product as well. Thank you so much!

I had to pay for return shipping. They could have sent me a return label. The offer that was suggested initially could have been higher.

The customer service and love to support family owned businesses. Unfortunately it did not work for my mother in law but I am open to trying other products in the future!

Nothing is perfect. Mechanics fail but impeccable customer service is essential along with a great product. Rejuvia is all that and more. I sleep well and they handle any problems 1-2-3! A great investment in your sound sleep 💤 !

This is a great company I have been using their sleep pen for years and it works great! It also lasts a long time. I had one of their calm pens too but it stops working on me recently but they actually replaced it. They really stand behind their product. Highly recommend!

Like many, I was skeptical. Boy was I wrong. This product absolutely works! Easy to use, and good tasting. The site is simple to navigate,and there are quantity options from which to choose. Sturdy packaging, quick shipping. It's a little pricey, but IMO a good night's sleep is worth it.

Tried sleep spray every night for a week. Did not work for me at all. Wanted my money back as was promised if not satisfied, but had no way to contact their customer support team. No phone number, no email, no nothing. Very disappointed!

This spray really helps you sleep! The customer service is outstanding & they get back to you immediately! I recommend this product as it has natural ingredients.

I've used the 'Midnight Breeze' sleep spray and found it effective so I reordered. When I had a problem with the spray mechanism on a few of the items, I reached out to Rejuvia. I was amazed with the immediate response and most appreciative with the resolution. It truly reflects the difference between huge mass companies and smaller family run ones that show a personal interest in their customers' satisfaction and the quality of their products.

I have been using this product for a while and it has helped me with my sleep, especially being able to fall asleep. The customer service has been really great, I had an issue with one of the bottles and their response time and how they have handled it has been very impressive.

The spray works well overall and has definitely helped improve my sleep. I did run into a small issue at first, but their customer service was excellent and quick to respond. They took the time to offer helpful solutions and even suggested alternative ways to resolve the problem, which I really appreciated.
