Great Customer Service…
I have been using Rejuvia sleep spray for at least two years now. It does help me fall asleep at night. If I wake up during the night, I take a few more sprays and I fall back to sleep. I recently had an issue that I needed to contact customer service for. They resolved the issue immediately. Great company. Great customer service.

I’ve been a customer a couple years
I’ve been a customer a couple years. The product actually works for me. The problem is that twice now, they have sent me product billing me as a subscriber when I have never subscribed. It took me hours to actually find a way to talk to rep from their company who refused to refund my money, but was very decent and cancelled the subscription their records wrongly showed. Les than 6 months later my card is billed again for a subscription that I did not sign up for. 1 time shame on me, 2 times shame on you. This company is criminally billing customers for products they didn’t order, and make it virtually impossible to talk a live person. They bill themselves as a “family” company, this isn’t how any decent I know runs a business.

Thank you very much for leaving a review and being a subscriber for us. I actually checked out your account, and it looks like you have started two subscriptions in your account. That is why it was charged again, because when you canceled one of them, you did not cancel the second one.
This happens when you either cancel a subscription and start another one, if you place two orders on our site and do them both as subscriptions, and things like that. I would really appreciate it if you'd reach out to our customer support team so that we can confirm your account is permanently canceled, and we will refund you for everything, no questions asked.

I guess giving the amount of positive reviews I have to say maybe some people are just wired differently. I have given the Sleep Spray enough tries to conclude it just doesn't work for me. At all. 0 for ten. Worth a shot I figure but it's a no go for me unfortunately.

The product did not work for me
The product did not work for me. Also they say they want the tracking information after you send it out. It was 10 days and I hadn't gotten my refund. This is what I sent to them after they requested the tracking number.

Why did I have to send the tracking number?? That shouldn't have been necessary and I would not recommend your product or any other product you sell because of this. I had the order number and everything else in the package that was necessary. It was only until I provided the tracking number that you gave me the refund. That's not how it works folks! So are you denying other people their refund just because they didn't give you the tracking information!?? Wrong wrong wrong!

But yes, once an order is received by our warehouse, it is immediately refunded. So I would please ask that you double-check because this is our process and we rarely slip up here.

The sleep product is very effective. Additionally, when I contacted the company, they responded quickly and were very helpful. Knowing how good their sleep product is and the quality of their customer service, I would highly recommend them and expect that their entire line of products is as good as the sleep spray!

I think this company is a scam
I think this company is a scam. I ordered one of their product just wishing to try it for my husband. It didn't work and I notified them several times by email and I canceled my subscription. They continue to send me the product and I just keep sending it back. I write on the package without opening it return to sender and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The numbers that they list online are always busy or they just immediately disconnect. There's no response from any of the emails that I sent even one to the CEO no response I just received another package today and I also notified American Express to report them and I'm filing a complaint again for unauthorized charges.

Yes. If you signed up for a subscription on our site and chose your frequency, then Rejuvia will be delivered to you at that frequency, unless you easily log in and cancel or pause your subscription. We lay out all of those terms directly on our site, and you have to accept them before starting your subscription.

I really don't know if it works or not. I got 2, and the first one the sprayer worked one night and wouldn't spray again. So I moved on to the second bottle and it stopped working after 2 nights. The first bottle will drip a little, so I might be able to use it?? Disappointed because I was really hoping it would help! :(
