Varning !!!

Varning !!!

Väldigt missnöjd med företaget. Det som utlovades när man väljer deras tjänst stämde inte överens med det man faktiskt fick. När man sedan kontaktade dem för att få hjälp fick man inte den hjälp man förväntar sig.

Bemötandet via telefon var dessutom dåligt och man upplevde att man inte tog frågorna eller problemen på allvar. När ett företag lovar en viss service tycker man att man också ska kunna stå för det och hjälpa kunden när problem uppstår.

Tyvärr går det inte att rekommendera Rekosol El utifrån erfarenhet.

Varning!

Min anläggning fungerade inte på över 7 veckor, det värsta av allt var att den dessutom såg till att det blev strömavbrott varje dag. Bolaget fick 2 möjligheter att lösa det men problemen fortsatte.
Företaget ljuger konstant för att inte ta ansvar.
Hotar med jurist och vägrade reklamera anläggningen.
Rekommenderas EJ!

Gör dig själv en bamsetjänst och håll dig borta från detta företag. Ångrar mig rejält! Personalen och produkterna är katastrofala.
