Critical long-term issues with authentication, access, and user security.

English:

“Serious and long-standing issues with login and two-factor authentication. 2FA has been unstable for years and has now completely stopped working. Codes from Google Authenticator are not accepted by either the app or the website, even after an official reset and re-setup. Recovery codes are formally provided, but there is no way to use them because the interface simply does not offer such an option.
Attempts to disable or reset 2FA are absurd: the verification code is sent to the same non-working 2FA, making account recovery impossible. As a result, users get stuck in an endless cycle of temporary account locks with no alternative access methods.
Another systemic issue is access from other countries and VPN usage. The app effectively blocks logins when a VPN is used, even though for many countries VPNs are the only legal and secure way to access crypto exchanges. VPNs are a basic element of digital security, not an abuse.
What is especially concerning is that these problems are not new. Users have been reporting them for many years, yet customer support continues to ignore the core issues, responding with generic templates and failing to escalate cases to developers. Altogether, this creates the impression that user security and service reliability are not a priority. In its current state, the app feels unsafe and unreliable for storing funds.”
