I wanted to try a bottle on their test promotion which clearly stated a 90 day money back guarantee, I however did not read the fine print and there is no guarantee. As I navigated their long and draw... See more

Actually I was surprised it worked very first night like they said it' would!

This works much better than melatonin for me. Allows me to stay asleep without waking a million times. So thankful!

First of it does not work for everyone, ok. But they trick you into thinking you are getting a free bottle for 7.95, but they automatically put you on a subscription for $135.00 per month. And I thought Huckabee was an honest guy, I expect to get a call from him with an apology. Oh, and by the way, on their website, they only show the good reviews

My elderly father saw Mike Huckabee promote these supplements on Fox. His experience has been the same as others on this site. He thought they were free to try and had no idea he would be charged $119 a month later and in addition be placed on a subscription plan. I cancelled right away. We will be returning a unopened bottle in order to get a refund.
Also, his Dr. said he just needed to take melatonin instead of these pills.

To be very honest, it worked wonders when I first bought it. A couple of years in, it does not work for me much anymore. I increased to 3 tablets a night but did not see much difference. I will most likely cancel my subscription as it is very costly if it isn’t working.

I still need to use 4 pills to get a good night sleep

I get the monthly Relaxium. I had changed pay option to another credit card and it had the card down I wanted, but it was still charged to original card. That is not a huge problem but we are trying to use only credit cards from one bank.

Reply from Relaxium
It didn’t help me sleep any longer than I did before I used it. It was worth a try but I will look in another direction.

I told you to cancel any orders and discontinue sending me your product as it does not work for me.

Sleep medicine came on a timely manner. Customer service was great. Relaxium helped me for quite awhile. It seemed like it just wasn't working anymore after taking for some time. Probably needed to take more of them but I struggle to take the large capsules. Wish they came in gummie form

It definitely helps me get to sleep, but it doesn't help me stay asleep. I've been using it for a few years and I plan to continue using it. Getting to sleep easily is much better than tossing and turning over and over.

This product relaxes the mind and helps me to get a good night's sleep. I am on an automatic monthly delivery, and it is sent every month without fail.

A few weeks ago, after seeing the TV ad, I went to “tryrelaxium.com” and signed up for a free bottle.
What I got from the ad, and from reading the info on the site, was that I would get a free bottle with just paying for the shipping, and could cancel the automatic follow-on order within 17 days.
At the 15-day point, I signed back on and cancelled.
So, I was very surprised to see a $127 charge on my credit card two days later. I called to see what had happened, and was told that I had only cancelled the follow-on subscription and the $127 charge was for the “free” bottle (that I had been surprised to see was actually two bottles).
I was astounded, and said that I had not seen that in the information. The customer service guy said it was there. I said this was starting to sound like some kind of scam.
As I got more and more unhappy with the explanations, and the customer service guy was constantly talking over me, I finally told him in very stern terms that I was driving the conversation, not him, and to shut up and listen to me.
After that, I got the information that, if I sent back one bottle, the charge would be reversed (I didn’t see that on the website, either). So, I’m going to do that. I hope it works.
This is very bad. I tried it because I trusted Mike, and now am seriously questioning that trust. This is not the way an honest company operates. It may be that the web site didn’t explain it clearly enough, but that is really not an excuse – it should be crystal clear and easily discerned. I have designed web sites that deal with sales, and know how and why to make sure they work correctly.
If this was just a bad website design problem, responsible management would shut it down until the issues are resolved.
If this was by design, Mike should immediately disassociate himself from the company, and offer a public apology to those who also had a bad experience.
Either way, it's NOT recommended

When you call their number, the first thing you hear is Mike Huckabee telling you that, if there's anything you don't like, email him at mike at relaxium dot com - a real confidence builder, right?
I thought so, so I did email him, telling him the whole story presented above.
I can't say I was surprised, but I was disappointed that I never heard from him.

After several days of taking Relaxium I started having severe and persistent diarrhea. My Dr. asked if I was taking any new Medicine. Since the product is advertised as made with "natural ingredients" and "drug free" I answered "no". After two weeks I had to go by ambulance to the hospital where I remained for 3days. At the hospital I said a was taking a "natural" health product and the Drs. said "that was the cause."
Relaxium is a health hazard.

They completely misrepresent the trial period and how it works. When you attempt to speak with the reps they argue, speak over you and lie!!!!
Do not fall for this!
doesn't work -- complete scam -- can't return product -- shame on you dan marino and gov hucklebee
update 9.27.24 -- i received a full refund without a stipulation that i pay to return the unused capsules -- so that aspect is resolved satisfactorily -- product was still completely ineffectual for myself and my wife -- and judging by the trustpilot rating for relaxium -- we are in the majority of users -- buyer beware is the bottom line --

Advertising should inform that product doesn't work on everyone. Buy one get one free but buy one is four times the cost as the price at Walmart. Bad deal and bad experience for me. Cancelled subscription.
They advertise a free trial but then charge your card almost $130. Then refuse to give a refund unless you spend a long time calling them and getting a RMA number and spending another $10 returning the tabs.
