The products were bought for someone…

The products were bought for someone else and have been well received. Only criticism is that site stated 7-10 days delivery from order and actually took much longer. Should state same period from shipping to delivery as some two weeks before shipping actually occurred.

Excellent service ...Lovely delivery person

Delivered on time with care ...Lovely friendly delivery chap ...All round excellent experience ...With other delivery companies my parcels are always opened and damaged ...First time I've had a delivery with this company and my parcel has quite obviously been handled with good care ...Excellent service and nice chap who delivered ...Great job 👍🏻

Open package. Rude delivery man.

The package arrived ripped and open. When I refuse receiving it, the delivery man refused to take it back and while leaving me there shouted "return it to a shop".

Undelivered next-day delivery - no support provided

I paid for next-day delivery specifically because this parcel was time-sensitive and needed to be handed to someone travelling today. It has now been three days, and the parcel has still not been delivered. As a result, the entire purpose of the next-day delivery has been completely defeated. Tracking shows that the parcel was already “out for delivery” on 15th April, yet it was later marked as delayed with no meaningful update since. Being told to wait an additional 48 hours for a status update is simply unacceptable, given the urgency of this shipment.

I am extremely disappointed, not only by the delay but also by the lack of effective support. Attempts to get assistance through your help centre have been unsuccessful and frustrating! I am seeking an immediate clarification on the parcel’s current status and location, and a clear explanation for the delay after it was already out for delivery.

I am hoping to receive a response through this Trustpilot platform, as communicating through your own channels has proven unhelpful. This experience has been highly inconvenient and disappointing.
