If you have a job and cant be at home…

If you have a job and cant be at home every day , then do not use this provider. They do not offer the patient and control over when the delivery will be sent or any option for redelivery. The customer service team tell lies and will tell you what ever they can think of to close a quiery rather than resolve it

Faulty prescriptions sent out. Horrendous customer service

Would give MINUS stars if possible...So after 2 glowing reviews unfortunately I've never had such a terrible time buying a product. My prescription came with no foil and box not sealed ( anyone could have tampered with it) so complained, got nowhere, after days of back and forward and stressed out my head and no pain relief ordered more at my own expense and sent numerous emails and phone calls asking to make sure this prescription was sealed , another arrives unsealed, 7 days later and 2 prescriptions I can't use still no calm or e mail apart from one lady who says they can collect and check my prescription but won't return it...WTF. To re leaf, when your sending out medicine it should be sealed, when a customer complains it's good to get back to them and not stress them out and tell them there is no refund process. I'm going to wait before I add all the ridiculous e mails of quality assurance etc I've had. Had no pain relief now for a week thanks to them and seem to be getting ignored so will follow up once I've contacted the relevant bodies. Horrendous way to treat a customer

Don’t trust this company with your…

Don’t trust this company with your money, time or medical info.
The website, the phone handler and the doctor said I would be eligible based on evidence of two anxiety treatments. However that is not the case. I provided this evidence and they requested more. They want evidence I attended therapy sessions. They now also want a formal diagnosis letter too. It’s not as advertised.
