Bradley Goldman

on January 11 I stupidly filled out a questionnaire from Lending Tree to see what a refinance would be. I was immediately inundated with calls from mortgage companies. I ignored the calls hoping they would stop. All but one did. This was from Bradley Goldman at Reliance First Capital. He called about 10 times in 3 days. He sometimes left a message. Other times he would call 3 times, hang up and immediately dial again. There is something really wrong with a person who does this. Finally I answered angrily, asked what was wrong with him, said I wasn't interested and to stop calling. The whole time he was talking over me. I hung up. He called right back. Talked over me again. I hung up again and Googled him. Found his FB page. I messaged him, called him a naughty name, explained the Lending Tree application and said I wasn't interested and told him to stop contacting me. He messaged right back. I didn't read it, just messaged him back and told him to stop all contact now or I would report him to FB. I saw the three dots indicating he was typing back. I blocked him. What kind of psycho does this? In itself, this is outrageous behavior, but we are also reeling from an unexpected death in the family last week. Who needs someone like Bradley and his psycho harassment?

Nice people

I just spoke with someone at Reliance First Capital about refinancing and I was really impressed. They were polite, informative, and didn’t come off pushy at all. It felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch, which I appreciated.

They answered my questions and gave me some clear options to think about. I haven’t moved forward yet, but based on how they handled the call, I feel good about possibly working with them.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Will not listen to reason. I have a mortgage with them. My homeowners insurance company had an error on their side (liberty mutual) and it cause the policy to temporary lapse. I have proof but they would not entertain nor accept it and proceeded to fine me $300.00.
