Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service. I purchased this water purifier under a 7-year contract, expecting flexibility and support if my circumstances changed. After only 3 years, I sold my house and wanted to transfer the service to my new address because I still wanted to keep using their product. Instead of helping, they refused to move the service and demanded a $1,500 buyout.
To make matters worse, I asked if I could pay the buyout in installments, but they refused that as well. I had to borrow money just to pay off a contract for a service I never wanted to cancel—I simply wanted it moved to my new home.
This is one of the most unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policies I've ever encountered. They care more about forcing customers to pay than keeping loyal customers. After this experience, I will never do business with this company again. I will be sharing my experience on Google and other review platforms so others know what to expect before signing a long-term contract. I strongly do not recommend this company.
