They lock your license out permanently for 3 installs over 2 years

I purchased my original, 1.x license in 2024. I installed the software on my windows and possibly my mac computer, used it for a while, then moved on. When the 2.x upgrade was announced i jumped on it right away for the discount, and because i've had a productive time with 1.x. After a few weeks of this purchase, in february of 2026, i decided i will once again install the software, 2.x for the first time, on my re-installed mac. The license failed to activate with "error -115" and they have ignored my email for a week.

They stripped me of my $299 original license plus the upgrade cost, lets say $400. I definintely do NOT recommend anyone purchase this software, look for any of the terrific alternatives.
