Tasteless
Tasteless. Bland. Plenty of meat but no flavour. Couldn't tell if I was eating a curry or beef stew.

Great customer service
Had an issue with one of my meals being damaged in transit emailed to get a refund got a reply within 30 minutes with refund aswell as a replacement dispatched

Better Packaging Required
Second order for me, each time I've ordered about 12 packs. In both cases bags have been burst on arrival making the box pretty messy to say the least. In total, of the 24 packs I ordered 4 now have been burst. I've cancelled my subs due to this, its just a mess to clean. Relo really need to add in some packing both top and bottom or strengthen the base of the packs where they are splitting. In terms of the food its not bad, 7/10, some are a little watery but they do the job id you're looking to stabilise your diet for a few weeks.

Order arrived with a burst packet that had spilt over the box. No reply from customer services when messaged about the issue and no refund for the burst packet offered.

The meals are superb
The meals are superb. I've tried them hot and cold. Cold they're great for eating when I'm out and about or in between gym sessions. Hot, they're great as a lunchtime meal or to help make a quick evening meal.
