Relotus Relocation provides legal and tax support for relocation and business in Spain and the EU. Founded in 2024, office in Valencia. We guide clients from the first consultation to the residence card, and then through taxes, business and renewals. Our services cover visas and residence permits (digital nomad visa, startup visa, non-lucrative residence, family reunification, renewals), business setup (SL and autónomo registration, legal support, gestor services), taxes (Beckham regime, tax residency, declarations and reporting after the move) and grants (selecting Spanish and EU programmes, preparing and filing applications). Cases are handled by specialists licensed to represent clients before Spanish authorities: a practising immigration lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association, a certified tax advisor (Asesor Fiscal) who coordinates every case and stays your main contact throughout, and licensed gestores who file documents via official digital signature, with no chain of intermediaries. We review your situation first, and if the case does not qualify, we say so before any payment. Fees and scope are fixed in a contract. We handle official requests for additional documents ourselves, and resubmission is included. Since 2024: 100+ residence permits obtained, 98% approved on the first attempt, average decision time 18 working days. The authority makes the decision; we are responsible for the quality of the case.

Easy way to get a residence in Spain:)

Relotus Relocation helped us with digital nomad residence in August 2026. Dmitrii explained in details documents we needed to prepare and how to get them, they were always available and answered all our questions. They submitted the application for review immediately upon our arrival, and we received approval just 17 working days later. Then they explained the next steps, and thanks to that,I was holding my TIE card just 20 days after approval. Many thanks!
