I have followed Emily on Instagram for a long time, it’s weird to say as I stranger but I felt such pride when she released her own brand. I’ve watched her build it through her platform. It’s amazing. The quality of the items received are always such a brilliant standard. I have had bodysuits, a mystery bundle and I think I own every colour of the amazing Lucy shorts! My go to every summer ☀️

Bought some items for my girlfriends birthday(i was given a list), she was especially happy with her bodysuits. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast!

Faulty item received. I followed your return and refund policy and emailed your customer service team, but I have yet to receive any response. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored, especially as a first-time customer who expected a basic level of support. I’ve emailed twice and still no reply.
I’m still waiting to return the order but do not feel it’s fair to pay for a return when the item is faulty and then have a further cost deducted due to returning a faulty item.
I expected more and better quality.
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend due to poor customer service.

The hyped up body suit was a huge disappointment! Don’t bother if you are a large chested girly!

I love everything that RELR stands for and I love following Emily on Instagram. The clothe are beautiful and great sizing.

However, the customer service is shocking. I had to email about a return I had made and they asked for proof of postage (which I sent). They then told me that they couldn't refund as there was only one parcel on the receipt.
After lots of back and forth, being ignored, I clearly outlined the two parcels on the receipt and FINALLY they confirmed that there was proof of postage there. If I hadn't of sent that and given up, I would have lost £100 due to the incompetent customer service member.

This was my first time using RELR and due to this experience I will never use them again. The customer service team clearly need training on how to read a proof of postage receipt.

Horrendous experience with the customer service team. If you use the company, hopefully you don't need to send anything back.

The quality, care and customer service of this brand is genuinely unrivalled.
You can tell it’s a brand by women, for women, from all the thought that is put into their clothing to make you feel incredible.

My favourite brand ever! I have at least 17 bodysuits from RELR & I love them all. I have co ords, trousers, leggings and bodysuits. Before Emily founded RELR I had completely lost myself when it came to clothes and wore the same baggy things to hide my body. Now I embrace it in RELR clothes and feel amazing.

Emily is amazing, Charlotte is amazing on customer services and nothing is ever too much trouble. Cannot recommend this brand enough and I rave about it to anyone who’ll listen. While it’s not the cheapest you definitely get what you pay for and the quality is second to none so worth every single penny. Thank you all so much! <3

If you are like me and used to or still dress in black leggings and a hoodie through every season, please stop and look at this brand. They are true to what they say and every item is “made to make you feel good”. I have discovered RELR ( then ELR ) about 4 yrs ago when they first started and thought it was an advertisement scam but took the risk and made my first order, I haven’t looked back since! I am proud owner of over 50 odd pieces (if not more) from this brand, including the famous shorts and body suits! Everything is worth the money for the quality and confidence it will give you! I now enjoy dressing my body and going on holidays because each piece makes me feel fearless and gives me the confidence I’ve never knew I had, I always get compliments on my outfits, so if you want to feel good and look good just make the first or 100th order and just enjoy!

I can’t speak highly enough of RELR, literally own over 15 bodysuits now and the quality is amazing! Charlotte on customer service, WOW! I had ordered yet another bodysuit that somehow was delivered to another address ( no issue, these things happen) emailed customer service and Charlotte sorted it in no time and the very next day the replacement bodysuit arrived! If you are on the fence re placing an order, don’t be! Just do it, you won’t be disappointed x

I recently had a trip to the amalfi coast with new friends and every time I came down ready they loved what I was wearing and 90% of the time my outfit was full RELR without me even noticing! The quality and fit of the shorts, trousers, swimwear and bodysuits are unmatched. From a midsized gal, thank you!!

I aboustly love this brand for many years I felt conscious of what to wear every day. I went away recently and never felt so good. the body suits hold you in and very good support and so does the orla dress and Evie skirts.
I can't wait for the next drop. I urge everyone to sign up to get first drop due to selling it out so quick that's how much everyone loves this brand. Emily and her team work so hard designing amazing pieces

I have so many items from RELR. The quality is exceptional and absolutely worth every penny. I have bodysuits (multiple), shorts (multiple) a dress,a skirt and have just ordered my first bikini and dare say it won’t be the last!

I bought the Orla maxi dress in black and it’s brilliant, just want it in the white when it’s restocked. I also bought the green scooped neck body suit but returned it as I needed the next size up. I had no issues with returning this item.

Have 2 body suits and 2 Lucy shorts from RELR and I absolutely love!! The quality of the bodysuits is amazing and the shorts are anti chafing and so nice and floaty! Perfect for summer! Will be buying more 😊

I have purchased from Relr since the floaty shorts days and LOVED them, now I have got some bodysuits and a dress and hope to have the full wardrobe one day! The most gorgeous staples, flattering with brilliant quality. Service is top, customer care, delivery and I just Love everything this brand stands for! My favourite company by far.

I have a growing collection of Relr clothes so far consisting of 15 bodysuits, 2x Olivia trousers, 1 pair of mila trousers, the indie jacket, 2x Chloe shirts and 4 pairs of the Lucy shorts. The quality is great, customer service has always been spot on and can’t wait to see what they come up with next! (Some more pastel colours would be great, for me personally anyway 😉 )
