This company is run by sharks

This company is run by sharks. Only this week they have taken our money for return trip to Stansted airport. We have now received the correspondence from a company with a similar name saying that REL Tendring is no longer in business but that they will supply us with a coach if we pay them the £900 again. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

The absolute worst coach company

The absolute worst coach company.
They have broken their contract and left 40 kids without a way to get to school and back.
The most unreliable company with zero integrity.
If they are still in business in the future I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

THE worse UK coach company BY FAR

If there were a World Championship for unreliable coach companies, REL Tendring would take home the gold every single time.

Every. Single. Time. we’ve worked with them, there’s been some kind of fiasco. Picture this: entire coaches of children left stranded in the middle of the countryside because the driver simply doesn’t show up. Another time? The coach broke down and the kids missed their train. Oh, and let’s not forget the coach that had a blowout on the motorway. Or the pièce de résistance: the drivers who just left because our ferry was delayed—and then flat-out refused to send anyone else.

If you enjoy chaos, disappointment, and the thrill of wondering “Will my group of 50 children ever reach their destination?”—by all means, book REL Tendring.

Otherwise? Run. Run fast. Run far.
