I requested a cancelation 10 minutes after placing an order, and they want to charge me a 10% restocking fee. How can there be a restocking fee if transactions take up to 48 hours?

Saw Reluxed Collection on IG and decided to browse the shop. Looked carefully at the many pictures of the bag I purchased. There were also detailed bullet points about the condition of the bag. Easy checkout process. My bag came sooner than expected. No surprises in terms of seeing the bag in-person vs online photos. My friends were surprised by the condition of the bag during one of our social outings. Definitely happy with my purchase!

What a stunning clutch!! It is simply beautiful, and in outstanding preloved condition. There is no significant wear visible on the bag. The clutch is in amazing condition and feels like a brand new bag. Vannessa and Dan have place thorough photos on their website, and have not disappointed. As always they strive to give each customer the ultimate luxury feeling with their packaging! Vannessa included a gold chain to make my clutch into a shoulder bag, this is top tier customer appreciation, and going above and beyond. As always their bag drop was awesome!
