Such a fantastic experience! I had some additional questions about a particular bag, and Vanessa went out of her way to help! One of my two bags arrived today, and it exceeded my expectations! The bag was in perfect condition
The bag was in perfect condition! My only feedback is that the email sent out stated a signature would be required upon delivery but the box was left on my front steps and no one signed for it.

Thank you for the great review! As for the Signature Required, we only ship with it and do pay extra on our end for the service. Unfortunately, it is out of our control what the courier will do. It has happened before and we would suggest you speak to your local mail delivery office and ask for the postmaster to look into it so that they can find the route driver and ensure they follow the instructions. Glad it arrived to you safely!
