I purchased three relx vapes from relics Australia. Within the first two weeks one of the webs stopped working it went completely dead I have written to relics Australia four times. I have received no reply nothing from them .DO NOT BUY A VAPE FROM RELX THEY WILL ROB YOU AS THEY DID ME. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They do not take ownership of any technical difficulties or errors on their end. After escalating my case after dissatisfaction, they copied and pasted the original response. They do not care about the customers, find other products.

Its too gimmicky.. its designed towards aesthetic look more than getting a good smoke.. lights flash.. looks cool.. but don't get a good hit. It stops you smoking to much. I like the idea of what they're doing, seems very futuristic. However they havnt taken in mind people who just want a hit of nicotine. Improvements I'd want to see are:
- bigger draw (take in as much as you want)
- cool ventilation system (something that helps get more smoke into your lungs while providing more space for a hit. i.e
More air getting in.)
-bulkier hold, bulkier design, but not to bulky.

P.s. also... Hits feel dry, and can't feel that you've taken any vapor in... needs improvement

Shortshipped 11 pods, no notice, no email response, no phone number tocontact

I received a faulty device so I reached out to their customer service. I was asked to send a video showing the issue, which I did according to the guidelines provided. They then asked for another video with additional criteria, which I recorded and sent. I was asked to send a third video, again with additional criteria, so I requested to escalate the issue. It was only at this point that I was sent a replacement device.

At the time of this issue I had already placed multiple orders with the company (enough to have been placed in their VIP program). The VIP treatment I received was to jump through multiple hoops to prove I was not trying to scam them.

This was the worst experience by far, however other interactions with their support team are in line with the other reviews: responses are slow, scripted, and dismissive.

Placed an order and paid and after 6 days I have not received it.
I contacted them but their reply was very generic (almost automated).
Very frustrated and unhappy about the service.

Placed an order with guaranteed 48 hour delivery. 4 days later not received.
Emailed asking where my order is...no reply
Not impressed.

50228 was the order number.
I am totally disgusted with this product.
500-600 puffs I don't think so. On average they last two hours or not at all. It's impossible to puff 500/600 times two hours.

A total waste of time and more importantly my money. I will stick to brands I know that are good.
