I have waited for my products to be sent since 3 days ago. I tried to reach out to the support team but there were no replies. I havent received the products yet

Order lost, no response from support
2 weeks trying to get support on a lost order (wasn't delivered to me, was probably lost or stolen) and no answer so far. I have sent 4 e-mails already and have only gotten silence (not even an automatic reply).
This is terrible customer care and I won't ever order from RELX again. I will actually buy a competitors product to avoid supporting them.
I have been online shopping for 15 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. A pity, because I do actually like their products.

Poor Customer Service
It's obvious that this agent is not reviewing the issue thoroughly. The first email to me was the delivery did not proceed because of the address, I replied with the address and then this agent replied to check the parcel with my neighbor. Ridiculous!
