Please avoid this company at all costs. I have boiler cover with D&G and East Midlands Reactive Maintenance came to my property today to do a boiler inspection and then walked off site not completing the work. The engineer was rude, didnt want to be there and when I asked him if he was going to complete the re-estatement work that was not completed correctly after callig EMRS on two prior occasions he said wasnt on his job and then walked off my property.
Please look at the reviews on this company, they are appauling. Engineers rude, call staff rude, when you try and get hold of company on 01162 288 6569 you are held in a waiting queue for 40 minutes and then rings off. I have had countless issues trying to reach them.
You can never get hold of this company.
If your boiler insurance company has chosen this firm please please please avoid at all costs as they have a very bad reputation and no customer services skills at all.
I am an astmatic sufferer and this company didnt complete this planned annual maintenance inspection. I need warmth in my home and they refused to carry out the inspection because of the state they left the boiler in last time by not completing the previus repair properly,
Disgraceful bunch of amatures.
