Reman trans kinda iffy
Reman trans that we ordered beginning of the week came in this evening, packaging not proper and the torque converter fell apart from the trans and dumped a bunch of fluid throughout the case as well as on everything inside. I noticed a rust spot on the trans case kinda iffy but assuming they sprayed the trans over. In a area of the case where we fluid is we noticed specs of shiny substance can’t tell if it’s metal or paint but it’s also on the edge of the torque converter so kind of hard what to think. Came with 10 quarts of fluid but since everything spilled out will definitely need more. The shipping guy was very upset when delivering but he mention they normally move around in the truck as it’s not strapped down or secured to anything. I did contact the company as they mentioned and was told I would have to call back Tuesday because their leaving office for holiday and it’s not much can do until Tuesday and customer service would reach out but now just here stuck with a 50/50 trans that we can’t trust. Looks more like a used trans then a reman doesn’t have that feeling of newish. Will update more once I hear back from them…2 stars currently as it did only take 3 days to arrive.

We apologize for the inconvenience as it did not leave us in this condition and appears to have occurred during shipment. The order was delivered within 3 days of ordering and a replacement unit should be shipped out no later than Wednesday of next week. We received the pictures at the end of business day on Friday and due to the holiday there are no shipments until Tuesday.
