Amazing service!! I reached out to Beakon for support around my sons EHCP plan being declined a 1:1 and it's such a complex situation and I was havinv trouble completely understanding the process.

Initially James reached out to me via phonecall to get an understanding of the support and advice i needed and he linked me up for an hours session with Alex.

Alex was a lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable lady who had so much advice and helpful guidance for me to use. I felt much more confident going away with the information she provided and the steps I would have to go down to make sure my son gets the support and education he deserves.

I am now appealing the decision of my son's EHCP with full confidence and knowledge of what i am doing.
