Did not honor money back guarantee

Rematee has a money back guarantee, which I chose to use because the product didn’t work for me. They approved the return and gave me the instructions and address to send to. I sent the product and emailed them back with the tracking number and the date I dropped the package off at the post office. Since then, crickets. No refund, no reply to my follow-ups. It’s been 2 and a half months and I had to open a dispute with my bank. This company was recommended by my doctor so I’m really surprised by this shadiness.
