Lovely products delivered on time!

It took about a week to get my order, but I didn't mind as it was near the holidays and the confirmation email warned that they have higher wait times closer to Christmas. I loved both of the products I received (the eye stick and the glossy lip balm) and they both arrived on time and undamaged. I don't have much to say about the eye stick, it does exactly what it's supposed to. The lip balm however is like my new favorite thing. My lips are always chapped so I was so happy to find such a nourishing lip balm that both looks and smells amazing.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. Received a product with an issue, I reached out to their email which advised the item is non-returnable because it’s limited edition merch. I purchased the wicked collection makeup, no where on my order or the item page did it say it was limited edition merch or final sale. The CS rep stopped responding despite my attempts of follow up. Will not be using this brand ever again.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. First of all there’s no phone number to call customer service. There’s only an email address. Secondly no one replies to the emails. I tried the whole 30 days to initiate a return and got no reply from the email address or the online form. Now I’m stuck with a shadow I won’t wear. I definitely won’t buy from rem beauty again and dissuade anyone I know thinking about purchasing. Terrible way to do business.

Nonexistent customer service - bots only :)

Truly awful customer service. My $20 lip product busted (applicator tip literally separated from the product base causing a huge hole) and I barely missed the 30 day return window so I got an automated response saying I can’t return or get a refund but can have a 15% discount code. Why would I ever shop with them again if I can’t get a refund for a faulty product design? I had barely used the item more than a few times.

So genuinely disappointing and despite trying to follow up on the email, I never got a further response from an actual human.

They make it extremely difficult to…

They make it extremely difficult to return products. You have to email them to initiate a return but no one answers your emails. I’ve tried emailing multiple times and also sent them instagram messages but nothing. It’s been over a week and no respond back. They don’t care about customer service and products are poor quality. I would never recommend this brand to people I know. Disappointed.

Futuristic and fun

I purchased the Smitten Kitten, eyeshadow palette. I am very happy with this pallet. This pallet is different than any other pallet I had purchased. It is oblong with six colors a small mirror and a magnetic lid. The outside of the palette looks very futuristic. this pallet comes in shades of pink to brown. There are two matte colors and four satin with a hint of shimmer colors.

 We are shadow is very pigmented and smooth very little fall out if any. The eyeshadow blends beautifully. Some of the other palettes are not quite as practical when it comes to colors, but if you want something fun, that would be the way to go.

I can honestly recommend these eyeshadow palettes.

Delivery taking ages

Ordered on the 10th of November and am still waiting for the order. It has been nearly a month since it was shipped. Hugely disappointed by the delivery service that rem beauty chooses. If you can't have a good international delivery service, then do not offer international shipping.

Late deliveries

Ordered my products on the 11th of nov and have only now been told half my order wont be there and not to expect my order till 30th of dec , this was a xmas present for my grandaughter , very disapointed and will not order again , nothing should take over 6 weeks to arrive

Happy customer

Very impressed! Placed my order on 20/05/22 and it arrived from California to the UK (specifically NI) on 27/05/22. I don’t think I spent enough in order to pay customs but of course shipping was a little expensive as it was coming from the US. The right products arrived undamaged and packaged with care. I’m obsessed with all of it (only bought lip products so may be different with powder based makeup) but overall really happy with my experience shopping on rem beauty! Thank you

LOVE

I love Rem Beauty products. They are quality and stay on for a long time! I keep having to replace the lip plumping glosses because I use them daily, multiple times a day. I can’t wait for it to come to Ulta Beauty

So many issues, please improve!

So many issues with products coming damaged or not performing like they should. I'm a little surprised I know it's a new company but everything look like it would be phenomenal. The products I did get that worked are nice but I'm having a lot of trouble with customer service. They don't seem to understand issues or how to take care of them promptly and effectively. Furthermore they don't seem to be taking back any type of feedback to fix issues. It seems that they have no intention on fixing the packaging that happens to get scratched like crazy when anything touches it. I'm super disappointed and I hope that they take feedback in the future and improve customer service and products. I love Ariana grande and I was so excited about this company I love the aesthetics about it and the products seem nice I just really hope that they will improve so that I could continue to purchase.

So many damaged items arriving an hard to get help :(

The products that arrived undamaged and actually worked..I love. Unfortunately every single time I've ordered, products came w issues and continue to. At first C's was amazing. But after time went by they just stopped caring. They won't actually take and use feedback that would rectify these issues! They often package without the plastic protection an the metal looking casing comes scratched! Sometimes even w the protective film. The eyeliners won't work as described, product won't flow from top only the base. Lighid eyeshadows not matching descriptions, fingerprints in palettes, ect. They just sent replacements or refunds without asking sometimes or trying to work w you. Then I got an order w 6 damaged items! I informed them which items I'd like replaced and which ones I'd like refunded. I told them to let me know what was able to be replaced and what couldn't and we could go from there. They came back and just refunded me and didn't give me any option. They didn't listen to me or try to help really. It's almost like they just skimmed my email an missed important info.
And after getting almost every order with damages I'm just not sure if in the future I'm going to be purchasing from this company anymore. They now know if the issue w the metal casing n have 2 chapters coming..I doubt they care enough to change it. And C's doesn't seem to be that good as it had first seemed. :( So sad. I was so so excited about this brand too. The eyeshadow palettes blend beautifully however!

AMAZINGGGG

I LOVE ariana and i was so excited to get my order however, being from the UK it took its time and was constantly getting delayed. I kept getting the same responses from the team however they gave me a discount after a while as an apology for the delay. The prices are a bit overpriced however i know they will last me a while. Definitely going to buy more, probably in chapter 2
