As a full-time architect and someone…

As a full-time architect and someone who both competes in and teaches martial arts, I put my body under a lot of strain — long hours at a desk plus intense training. I booked a sports massage at this clinic in Birmingham and it was exactly what I needed. Barry understood training-related tension as well as posture issues, and worked deeply into my back, hips, and legs. I felt a huge difference straight away. Highly recommend this Birmingham massage clinic for anyone balancing a demanding job with serious martial arts training and recovery needs.

AMAZING

I’m a competitive female kickboxer and booked a deep tissue sports massage in Birmingham to help with tight hips and shoulders. The therapist really understood athletic training and targeted the right muscles with proper pressure. Felt a huge improvement in mobility and recovery. Highly recommend for female athletes who train hard and need serious muscle work.

Increased performance and recovery

As a competitive kickboxer, recovery is just as important as training, and this remedial massage really delivered. Barry understood the demands of combat sports and targeted the areas that take the most punishment — hips, calves, and shoulders. I noticed improved range of motion and reduced stiffness right after the session. Great spot for anyone serious about performance and recovery.
