Product unusable poor customer service

Waited 19 days for delivery. No advance notice it would take that long for shipping. Arrived with most of the product in the envelope. When I opened the flimsy envelope the product leaked out all over my kitchen. Customer service was slow to respond. They advised I send back the product. I advised that I took no responsibility for any leakage that might occur in transit. I had to drop off (1 hour round trip to UPSdrop off). Poor communication, poor delivery of product, poor follow up, poor support….MBA of business wouldn’t give this company a start.
