I recently got a test from Remedy and trying to decipher the results on my own found contradictory statements in the results. When I asked if a representative from the company could help me interpret the results, I was told it was an additional fee despite having already paid $400 for the test. I did not get anything valuable from the test and ultimately felt skeptical and regretful of my purchase. I would not recommend it.

Easy to read, simple report for patients. Quick turn around as well. Love that this test also addresses for emotional imbalance.

There is literally zero information on their testing practices, data collection, or methods let alone research into how they are achieving these results on their website. Who or what is measuring the energetic information collected in the hair sample? The complete lack of real information is startling.
