Really bad experience at Skoda Elche
We have just had a really bad experience with the Skoda dealer in Elche or more specifically the salesman David Bastazo. We agreed a deal to buy a new car but told the salesman that we would ring him that afternoon because it was closing time. 5 Phone calls and 5 messages over a period of 3 days asking the salesman to ring us back remained unanswered. We went back to the garage (round trip about 80Km) on day 4 but again the salesman was just leaving. Because the computers were closed he couldn't discuss it. We returned again the following day only to be told that he could not honour the offer he had made and we faced an extra €2,000 for the car we agreed to buy. In my view this is a company and a salesman which is inefficient and without honour. In England I used Skoda cars as my company vehicles good cars but I need to be able to trust the company I deal with which is not possible with Skoda Elche.
