Gravely disappointed

I have purchased 5 remember story QR code medallions a little over a yr ago. I started setting them up after I had lost my entire family. Everything was working fine and as it should. Until yesterday when I was trying to set up my parents QR code since there stone has just got done. And now the codes no longer work, there phone number no longer works nor email. Sadly if they went out of business it would have been nice if they informed all of those who have there products already and on graves.
