Easy shopping experience, amazing selection of fragrances at great prices compared to other sites that I use, and a super quick turnaround on shipping. I had a very terrible experience with one of the other well-known fragrance sites recently so this particular shopping experience with fragrancebuy was a real breath of fresh air.

In March I ordered a shirt and pants set.
Arrived after 3 months (understandable given the situation) too bad they only sent me the shirt without the pants.
In practice I spent almost 60 € for a top.

Bad site

ordered 5th feb still haven’t got my order when i emailed customer service all i got was a snarky reply about people dying from the virus when i only asked for an update on my parcel, rude and a scam do not shop here.

Pay attention to their return policy!
If something does not fit you, they wont give you a refund because they only accept items that are "faulty or damaged".
My baddest experience on a clothing website ever.

I love their stuff! Hands down some of the cutest and most unique stuff I've seen from an Instagram store. However the shipping does take extremely long so just be aware of that before you buy because this can be a deciding factor for some.
My order took over a month to arrive but when I got my package I was so happy with the clothes that I was no longer bothered by the long wait. Obviously I'm still willing to shop there despite the crazy long shipping times.
Very unique items and I will be continuing to buy here! Hope this helps xx

Absolutely do not order. Complete scam. Just lost 100s of pounds 😭😭😭 believe the negative reviews, the positive are fake!!! I wish I had

I haven’t even received my item and it’s been 3 weeks already. There’s no number to call and when I emailed them said they would get back to me in 2-3 working days, which they haven’t. At this point I feel like it’s an over priced scam. NEVER shopping here again!

UPDATE:
FINALLY after a whole 4 weeks of waiting a.k.a A MONTH my item has arrived!!(on the last day of 2019 lol).... I ain’t going to lie I love it buuut still contemplating if it was worth the wait. I’m still a bit meh about how the sales team handled everything (because they didn’t handle anything)... I mean my item was delivered and several days later they decided to send me an update with tracking link of my delivered item... liiiike it’s a bit to late mate 😑 annyyywho maybe I shouldn’t judge them to hard because it was a Christmas period. All I would say is order in a batch if you have that shmoney coz waiting a WHOLE MONTH for one item really takes the P 🙄

Never ordering from here again!!! I never got my order

I still haven’t received my package which I payed a good bit of money for. I work hard for my money and I deserve an answer for this.

Ordered a bag on 8 December for a Christmas present. It's now 23 December and still no bag nor have I had any response (other than an automated reply) from customer enquires. Very poor customer service and doubt the bag will arrive now in time for Christmas.

Placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and still has not arrived

I haven’t revived my order yet, I’ve been waiting for it more than 2 weeks!

Although there was some complications in finding the package that was, in fact, successfully delivered to me, the customer service representatives were nothing but courteous and prompt to respond to my concerns and followed up with me directly via email.

Awful customer service, false advertisement of sizes, refused to let me return a skirt that they wrongly advertised the size of, very rude & unresponsive. Shipping took over a month. Do NOT buy from this company. It’s all cheap factory clothes anyway. Not worth it.

I love ordering from Remidii because my orders always arrive early or on time. The clothes always look as cute as they do on Instagram, and they are great quality so they last really long.

Shipping took a while but it did get here on time for the festival i was going to! I got a dress and it was super cute and comfy and fitted my body so well :) Will definitely be ordering it again!

Took a while but worth it! I ordered 2 items and before I order from a website I like to read all about the shipping process and returns and even the extra terms that go with it so I know what to expect and what I’m putting myself through. If you read them from Remidii you will find that they state ‘Shipments take between 7 - 25 days to arrive’. One of my items came exactly in 25. However my second took days longer which isn’t a surprise considering they also mention that ‘Most orders will arrive within 20 days but can sometimes take up to 35 depending on holiday seasons, if you enter your address correctly, items being held at the holding facility for longer than usual.’ I’m not sure if Halloween counts but I did order mine around that time, as the status of the item was set on ‘Preparing’. So, even with all of this, I read, and I accepted. The wait was well worth it, I love the quality of both items and love the fit (I recommend going a size up!) I would however love to see this company grow and possibly be able to ship their items in an even faster rate :) I will be continuing to purchase from them!

The item I received was amazing, It was quickly delivered, and I loved the item so much it is now one of my favourites to wear. I’m overall overwhelmed with the company and the product and how I received it! I also got a discount on my first order which I love. Thank you remidii!!!
